Visakha Vidyalaya Primary Sportsmeet was held on August 16, 2023, at the school grounds. The event was graced by Mr. P.R. Dewabandu, the Zonal Director of Education, as the Chief Guest. Ms. Sandali Gomez, a former Games Captain of Visakha Vidyalaya, was present as the Guest of Honour.
The sports meet witnessed active participation from students of grades 1 to 5, who showcased their talents, dedication, and sportsmanship. The collective efforts of the Principal, Mrs. Manomi Senevirathne, the Deputy Principal, Mrs. Prasadini Rathnasiri, and the sectional head, Mrs. Swarna Malkanthi, played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the event.
