The “Sports Fiesta 2019” organized by the VVOGA was held on 8th September, 2019 at the school Grounds. The Chief Guest for the event was Past Principal, Mrs. M.N. Edussuriya, while the Guests of Honour were Mrs. Chithrangani Kalpage nee Herat and Mrs. Visakha Waidyatilleke nee Gunaratne, who had excelled in sports during their time as students of Visakha Vidyalaya. The six houses, comprising past students from all age groups, battled it out in an exciting line-up of activities including a relay and multiple team events. Dias, Pulimood and Weerasooriya houses emerged joint winners of Sports Fiesta 2019.
