Calling Applications for admissions to G.C.E. (A/L) classes for the academic years 2021/2023
A Special Notice is published here for All the Candidates who seek admission in the G.C.E. Advanced Level Classes for the academic years 2021/2023 at Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo 5.
Due to the present COVID 19 pandemic situation in the Island, all the applications will be called online. Hence, online applications will be considered mandatory to proceed the admission process.
The duly completed application forms should be submitted only online on or before 14th October 2021.
Based on the results at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination 2020, students with Eight Distinction passes (8A s) except the results of Aesthetics (irrespective of the subjects in the second basket) can apply.
The interviews will be called for eligible candidates, if applications are submitted online within the aforementioned time duration upon the fulfilment of the basic qualifications.
If you are called for an interview, the following documents should be submitted to prove the eligibility in the selection process.
- The duly filled application number 2, certified by the principal. (Application 2)
- Certified true copy of 2020 G.C.E. (O/L) certificate along with the original certificate.
- A copy of the Birth Certificate, Grama Niladari certificate, NIC along with the originals.
- Photocopies and originals of all relevant certificates of achievements obtained during 2018 /2019 /2020
2021/2023 උසස් පෙළ විභාග වර්ෂය සඳහා ළමුන් ඇතුලත් කිරීමට අයැදුම් පත්‍ර කැදවීම
2021/2023 උසස් පෙළ සඳහා විශාඛා විද්‍යාලයට ඇතුළත්වීමට බලාපොරොත්තුවන අයදුම්කරුවන් සඳහා සිදුකරන විශේෂ නිවේදනයයි.
දැනට රටේ පවතින Covid - 19 වසංගතය හේතුවෙන් 2023 උසස් පෙළ අයදුම්පත් මාර්ගගත (online ) ක්‍රමයට කැඳවීමට තීරණය කර ඇත. එබැවින් ඉහත අධ්‍යන වර්ෂයට ඇතුළත් කර ගැනීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය සඳහා මාර්ගගත (online) අයදුම්පත් සලකනු ලැබේ.
නිවැරදිව සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද මාර්ගගත (online) අයදුම්පත් 2021 ඔක්තොබර් 14 වන දින හෝ ඊට පෙර අප වෙත යොමු කළ යුතුය.
2020 අ.පො.ස. (සා/පළ) ප්‍රතිඑල මත පදනම්ව සෞන්දර්ය විෂයය හැර (දෙවන කාණ්ඩයේ විෂයයන් හැර) විශිෂ්ට සම්මාන අටක් / 8A s ලබාගත් අයදුම්කරුවන්ට මාර්ගගත ක්‍රමය ඔස්සේ පමණක් අයදුම් කළ හැකිය.
එහිදී නීත්‍යානුකූලව සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණය සඳහා කැඳවනු ලබන්නේ ඔක්තෝබර් 14 වන දින ද ඇතුළුව එම දින දක්වා මාර්ගගත ක්‍රමය ඔස්සේ ( online ) අයදුම්පත්‍ර යොමු කරන ලද හා මූලික සුදුසුකම් සපුරා ඇති අයදුම්කරුවන්ට පමණි.
ඔබව සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණය සඳහා කැඳවනු ලැබූ හොත් පහත සඳහන් සියලු ලිපිලේඛණ රැගෙන පැමිණිය යුතුය.
- විදුහල්පති/ විදුහල්පතිනිය විසින් සහතික කරන ලද දෙවන අයදුම්පත.
- 2020 අ.පො.ස.( සා/පෙළ) ප්‍රතිඵල ලේඛණයේ මුල් පිටපතක් සහ එහි සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපතක්
- උප්පැන්න සහතිකය, ග්‍රාම නිලධාරි සහතිකය ,ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත සහ එම ලියකියවිලි වල සහතික කරන ලද ඡායාපිටපත්
- 2018/2019/2020 වර්ෂ වලට අදාළව සියලු සුදුසුකම් ඔප්පු කළ හැකි ලිපිලේඛණ වල මුල් පිටපත් සහ ඒවායේ සහතික කරන ලද ඡායාපිටපත්
