Students of Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo Interact Club won six awards at Reflections 2013, the international festival and competition organised by the City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar (Campus III), Lucknow, India participated by students from South Asia, recently.
Anuki Bogahawatte and Tharushi Jayaratne won the second place for Pixar Discipline (Multimedia presentation), Nilusha Devapriya won the third place for Jekyle high (Speech), Bogahawatte and Devapriya won the consolation prize for Dumb Charades, Sachini Wijewardena won consolation prizes for Papyrus Writing and Rhetoric while the Visakha team received a consolation prize for Chorography.
The other team members were Janeesha Katuwapitiya, Yalindi Ratnapala, Thimasha Pathirage and Sashini Jayawardena, and teachers Inoka Subashini de Silva and Ruklanthi de Silva.
