The glamourous and most awaited musical experience of the year – Miyesi Visakha was held on 28th October 2016 from 6.00 pm onwards at the Jeremias Dias hall of Visakha Vidyalaya. Honorable Minister of Parliamentary Reforms and Mass Media – Mr. Gayantha Karunatileka graced the occasion where the audience witnessed extraordinary performance from Visakhians of different age categories along with some great performance from some of the preeminent personalities in the Sri Lankan musical industry.
The funds raised through the event would be utilized to fulfill a much needed requirement of the school – a bus; to facilitate the travelling needs of the school girls, teachers, etc.
Miyesi Visakha 2016 ended as one of the successful events in Visakha history.
